How do I change the email address associated with my paid account?

Currently, we do not have a way to change the email address. Having a one-to-one relationship between a user's account and email address allows TIKR to be more secure for our users. 

For TIKR, we recommend using an email address you will always be able to access.

However, if you need to change your email address, we have the following solution.

Steps below:

1. Please create another account at https://app.tikr.com/register
2. With this new account, repurchase the subscription
3. Let us know what the new email address is for the new account. When we have verified the purchase, we will refund the amount remaining on the previous subscription that you have not yet used (note this will not be a full refund)
4. Please also note that we cannot transfer over data (e.g. saved watchlists, screens, etc.)
