We occasionally have server downtime that can prevent TIKR from loading. However, more often than not, the issue is due to settings on your local network or computer. Here are a couple of things you can try to get TIKR working again:
To diagnose if your Local Network is the problem:
- If you have a mobile device also connected to the same network as your computer try to log into TIKR using your mobile device. If you are able to log in with a mobile device then the network is okay and the problem is local to your computer
- If you cannot log in with your mobile device on the same internet network, try to log in using your mobile device when connected to a different network like the cellular network. This can identify issues with your local network like a firewall that is preventing you from accessing TIKR
Actions to diagnose your computer:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser
- Delete the cookies and cache on your browser for TIKR, restart your browser and log in again
- Restart your computer
